Onward Transitions on how to answer “Why are you in Portland?”

“Why are you in Portland?”

Talking about going to, or being in, a therapeutic transition program can be a challenge for our members.  Learning how to balance between saying enough and too much about the next phase of treatment is tricky. Onward Transitions works with young adult applicants and members  to learn how to have appropriate and meaningful strategies for having this conversation with their friends, acquaintances, potential employers, and extended family members.
