OT does not offer residential facilities. We understand that finding a suitable apartment is a necessary independent living skill for young adults. New OT members can join the program immediately and work with our staff to find and secure an apartment that fits their personal preferences and resources.

If you want to join us, you can stay temporarily (two weeks or so) at the Guest House just one mile from the Pine House. The Guest House is open to new members from home, wilderness, college, another program, or anywhere else.

We provide ten meals per week at the OT Pine House, and all members can access an OT Corporate UBER account. Our facilities are substance-free and all-gender, with an all-gender bathroom and two all-gender bedrooms per room. A rental agreement ($200 per night)and a deposit are required, and we can accommodate a maximum of four members.
